Victory Medical and Family Care is a locally owned and operated total healthcare practice founded by Dr. William Franklin in 1996. By anticipating patient needs and designing services to meet them, we have grown from our humble beginnings in Oak Hill, Texas into an 18,000 square foot "home-style" facility in South Austin.
